I am in my 23rd year of teaching middle school and the current English department for RCMS. Most of my career has been spent teaching English, but I have also taught 6th grade social studies. I am married to my high school sweetheart, and we have three great kids. This year, I was lucky enough to be recognized as the Teacher to Watch for the Piedmont region of SCAMLE (South Carolina Association of Middle Level Education). I am a past recipient of my school's teacher of the year.
