If you're looking to get more out of your staff, this is the session for you. Participants will explore ways to plan, flip, and remix professional development. Did you know this is the first time in history that 5 unique generations are in the workplace simultaneously? This new dynamic requires a different approach. Teachers benefit from a number of the same strategies that can be implemented in the classroom, such as having meeting topics ahead of time so they can work during the actual meeting time. In addition to the flipped strategy, participants will explore more effective ways to organize meeting time to maximize professional development opportunities.
