You know programming and coding skills are important to prepare students to be successful in the future workforce. You may even have students who have expressed interest or demonstrated an aptitude for programming. But if you don't know much about it, how do you help connect students with resources or guide them to a career pathway? As Executive Director of Build Carolina, Lelia King runs several technology education programs, including SC Codes - a statewide initiative to help students access everything they need to explore a career in programming. Her goal is to help inspire more students to explore how to use programming skills to build projects in a variety of subject areas.
